How to add url link on field workspace ?

Hello Everyone

I have requirement to add link on the field workspace when we click on it, should open article.
Just same like priority field in incident form. as we know when we click on priority field it will open kb article in another tab.
Please suggest me.

Hi @Vinod S Patil ,

we can customize the workspace view by adding the required field. Here is an example of how you can achieve this:

1. Open the Field workspace view configuration.
2. Locate the form section where the attachment is displayed.
3. Add a link list field to the form section, similar to the one present in the classic view.
4. Save the changes and publish the updated Field workspace view.

You need to change the view to make modification

Right click on field -- configure label

Save.

But i tried it is not working in SOW. May be some other config missing.

Note: Links aren't supported in Workspace.
