How to add user signature to work notes

Is there an easy way to add a signature with an email address if someone adds a work note to an incident?
The idea is that when the team responds to a customer, they sign it manually with a note Kind Regards and we would like it to be added automatically.
Something like if I respond in work notes, the sample response will already have:
'Kind regards,
Rob Collins, rob.collins@xyz.com'

did you check any OOB HR related signature feature?

we do not use the HR module. It is about implementing it in the itsm module
