I need to integrate servicenow with azure AI chatbot. I am new to integration can someone help me with this requirement, like what steps i should follow.
1. Whenever an incident is submitted for Category/Subarea (Engineering Tools and Applications/Engineering ), ServiceNow should request to Azure hosted Al chatbot via an HTTPS call ( it should be a standard HTTPS REST API).we need to send caller id, short description & description to the ai chat bot
2. Al Chatbot will process the request and return back a response to ServiceNow which should be captured in the corresponding "Incident Work notes"
I have the API Key and end point of the azure.
