How to add watchlist members to the notification's recipients list

Hi Team,

How to add watch list members as recipients for SLA notifications (task_sla)

Question

We have an email notification built on the task_sla table (SLA 50% breach).

Currently, the notification is sent to:

Assigned to user (working), i.e, Task.Assigned To

Requirement:

Need to add watch list members in the recipients list so that all users in the ticket's watch list also receive the SLA notification.

Since the notification is on task_sla, there is no direct watch list field, and dot-walking to Task → Watch list under Users/Groups in fields does not send emails.

What is the recommended way to include watch list members as recipients for SLA notifications?

you can use eventQueue based approach via after update BR on task_sla

Then grab the watch list along with other assigned to user and include them in event parm1
