How to add watermark to my email

Hello Everyone,

I have a designed a email notiication script to create a link and on pressing the link it should do the operation which is working fine, But all the time i need add the Watermark in my email body how to get it Watermark by default whenever i press the llink & also all the time i adding the TO: address which by default it should be my instance address.

Please let me know how to add these 2 tthings by default

9 Working with Watermarks

By default, the system generates a watermark label at the bottom of each notification email to allow matching incoming email to existing records. The watermark always includes "Ref:" and a customizable prefix (default MSG), followed by the autonumbered identifier of the source record (such as incident, problem, or change request). For example, Ref:MSG3846157.

Watermarks are always generated, but you can configure them to:

Have custom prefix characters.
Be hidden globally
Be omitted from individual email messages

Inbound email actions might not work properly if watermarks are omitted from email notifications. Without a watermark, inbound email messages cannot be associated with the accumulated comments related to the original incident, and each subsequent notification that is sent is treated as a new incident.

Note:

Create a custom watermark prefix for each instance to prevent accidentally triggering events in the wrong instance.
Do not use colons (:) in custom watermark prefixes. Colons are a reserved character and may cause the watermark to be ignored.
Email clients that use the plain text version of the email still show the watermark.

Thanks the email Harsh,

I am getting the Watermark when the email is receiving from Servicenow & when i click on the link i am getting a blank email, i need to add the same watermark & serviceniow email address in TO field:
