You need to place the widget in the page designer.

Please follow below steps -

 1. you can add widget from page designer.

2. go to pages and add widget.

Hi @Community Alums ,

1. Navigate to service portal > pages > Open the page.

2. on the realted link click on 'open in desiger'

3. now from the left pan you can see all the widget which you can click and drag in to your page sections.
