how to address same field twice on one form in HealthScan report

We have a health scan report of client instance and we need to address below situations:

1. same field twice on one form

2. Too many fields on one form

How should we resolve these scenarios considering best practices?

You can use 'Form Section' and can add same fields on different form sections on same form.

You can create your own rule using for these which will show you that you have created same filed and also you can check for maximum number of fields and accordingly show a message.

1.We are working on HealthScan and they already have several instances where they have same field on one form. 

What should be the approach for existing instances like these?

2.Also they have a lot of fields already on some forms.

What are the best way to resolve this?

Hi ,

First you have to check the purpose of that fields whether they are belonging to different type of data or not.If not then it is better to customize the form in proper way.And for multiple fields on form you can create view so that only the useful information will be visible.
