Hi Team,
There is an issue where there is a lag between the date and time of email sending in the ServiceNow log and the date and time when the recipient receives the email in their email client.
When I contacted NowSupport, they told me that the lag seems to be caused by the email passing through a service called SecureMX before it reaches the recipient's email address, and not passing SecureMX quarantine (throttling) and returning an error to the ServiceNow email server.
As a way to prevent throttling, it seems possible to limit the number of emails that can be sent per minute on ServiceNow or adjust the time interval between sending emails, but are the above settings possible?
Also, if you have any other possible solutions, please let me know.
Regards,

I believe it's more of config discussion in the email/mailbox account.
Did you discuss this with the network team?
If my response helped please mark it correct and close the thread so that it benefits future readers.
