How to allow user in ServiceNow to use a catalog form and create a distribution list in Azure?

You can use user criteria to define which user(s) can use a catalog item.

Here are 2 steps

1. Allow user to use catalog , means you need to create the catalog item and take inputs about DL

2. You need to create m which trigger the API to Azure and then need to see how DL can be created in Azure .
