Slowness loading record

Hello,

When I load Incident created before 2 months its take ~10 sec to load the form(in SOW), but when I load Incident that created in last 2 weeks its take ~3 sec to load.

What is the reason and how we can improve the performance of loading old records from DB?

I don't think there is any difference between the two if both incidents are active and not archived. 
My question is on the offer incidents how many related records are there, if there are more then that may also increase the form load time.

 If the table being queried has a large volume of records, the filter condition might take longer also Check if there scripted filters associated with the table or query. These can impact. performance.

Very tough to exact reason but it may be due to some more linked records or may be some new BR / code has been added which run on incident table.
