I've a report that is published. The link of that report will be shared with multiple users. When they access the link, i.e.
https://<sitename>.service-now.com/sys_report_display.do?sysparm_report_id=xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
They will see something like the below:
This only has the "Print" option. Is there a way to have the "Export" option as well?

It's already shared to a group via the option as shown below. The question is from where they will see the export option on the instance?
If they are able to see the report on the instance then they will able to see the options given below
From the Export they will able to get Excel
