How to allow user to download published report to excel?

I've a report that is published. The link of that report will be shared with multiple users. When they access the link, i.e.

https://<sitename>.service-now.com/sys_report_display.do?sysparm_report_id=xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

They will see something like the below:

This only has the "Print" option. Is there a way to have the "Export" option as well?

Hi @Nisar2

To download the report please do

- Share the Report with user / group - by sharing option in Report page

- User need to open the report by shared link.

- User will click on any field available as part of report and get option to download ( it varies from type of report)
