How to apply csa voucher ?

Did you claim the voucher by paying an amount, or how did you do it? Could you please share any screenshot?

• If you are employed by a ServiceNow partner company, the training will be provided at no cost (as your company has an existing agreement with ServiceNow). If you are not with a partner company, the training fee is USD 500, plus applicable taxes.

  2. Voucher: Upon completing the training, you will receive an email to claim a voucher, and the same conditions apply. The voucher is priced at USD 300, plus taxes.

  In total, if you're not employed by a partner company, the cost will be USD 800, plus taxes.

TO BE CLEAR: 

Currently, irrespective of whether you are working with a partner company or as an individual, all on-demand courses are free. However, if you work for a partner company, you may get the voucher for free. As an individual, you will need to pay for the voucher.

Thanks Dr Atul for response.
I did trainings in SNOW due to which I became eligible for CSA voucher as per SNOW portal.

My understanding is once we are eligible for CSA voucher we can apply it and reduce the exam fees ?
is my understanding correct ?

Hi @shammisadwal 

It is not SNOW; it is SN or ServiceNow. By completing the training, you will receive a voucher. To claim the voucher, you need to pay the amount mentioned above. Also, there is no scheme or campaign currently offering free or discounted vouchers. So, if you are doing the certification as an individual and not through a partner, you will need to pay.
