Hi All,

Sironi_0-1754529216748.png

ITSM checked them approavls has to go ITSM group
ITOM checked then Approvals has to go ITOM group
if All 3 Selected approavls to go respective groups and must take approavls each respective group member.

based on checked box selection approavls has to go respective groups and create TASK asfter approavls.

I tried "Do the following in parallel" Problem with this,:
When ITSM group members approved from thier side automatically system moving forward for ITOM and HRSD also , ITOM /HRSD group approavls state changed to 'No Longer Required'  , why it is happeing like that ? if ITSM approver approves means ITSM loop only go farward, ITOM approver not made decision yet so has to be waited for ITOM approval right .

So How to send Approvals Prallally based on Checked boxes selection and Take approval decision Independantly for each check box  from respective thier own group and move Independantly as per decision made by respective group members.

Hello @Sironi

Perhaps you are executing the approval action while specifying the same record.

If the approval field is marked as approved, it will be skipped.

To avoid this issue, I think it would be better to create a record (such as a catalog task) according to the contents of the checkbox and request approval.

you mean create 3-CAtalog task for each check-box ?

@Sironi

Yes, that's correct.

There will be one RITM record will be created, and create up to three SCTASK records with that record as the parent.

@Sironi

there are challenges when parallel approval comes into flow.

when you use "Do the following in parallel" flow logic and use multiple "Ask for Approval" then Decision from 1st approval is being applied to all the approvals

see these blogs and the KB from ServiceNow with a workaround

Parallel Approvals in Flow Designer

Parallel Approvals in Flow Designer

the below KB talks about the issue you are facing and a possible workaround

Using Parallel Approvals in Flow Designer is only respecting the Approval Decision of the First Appr...

If my response helped please mark it correct and close the thread so that it benefits future readers.
