How to assign different views to different user?

I have created an Application on which i want a simple can see certain fields only while Manager can see additional fields as well. How can i achieve it?

Actually, I developed, suppose three views i.e User View, Manager View and Admin View of a table. Now i want to assign these views to their respective user. How would i assign them?

Hi Riyaz,
First you have to create view and view rule according to user role view will display.
PS: Hit like, Helpful or Correct depending on the impact of the response
