Hi All,
I am trying to attach an SLA to RITM, The below SLA was already created in my instance. Please let me know where I can i do this.

You are defining the SLA in the correct place. That seems to be your condition "How to attach the SLA to the RITM". The table looks good.quite com
Your start condition is complex so verify the record meets all the conditions you specify. If you need to debug it in Dev, start simple and build up from there.
Example: Does it work with a start condition like "Active | is | true"
If that works, continue to add and test.

Hi Naveen,
As ctomasi suggested you can check first by applying simple Start SLA condition. The conditions above in the screenshot seems to be fine but there may be much more complex & requires complete understanding of the filters used in which can be well understood only when access is possible to that instance.
