how to auto assign this assignment group "AOG_Global_L1" directly to incident assignment group when case filled and raised from CSM Portal?

To do this, you need to make changes 2 place
1. Set the channel in record producer:
and then create an assignment rule to set the Assignment Group or you can set in code as well.
