How to Auto fill the Assigned to field

Hello!

I am looking for a a way to auto fill the Assigned to field. Basically when request is submitted, the Assigned to field needs to get auto filled with the selected name on the request. The names based on region, each region has its own list collector. I am not sure how to get it to work in the flow
