How to auto mapping severity choice variable from Record Producer with custom Severity choice field in case form
We have severity variable it have 5 choices in record producer
SEV5(Moderate)
SEV4(Important)
SEV3(Urgent)
SEV2(Critical)
SEV1(Outage)
I have created same severity choice field and above choices in case form but whenever we raise a case it shows priority instead of Priority instead of Severity in case form
Could you please suggest how can i map record producer severity with case form severity?
