Hi Everyone, I am trying to auto populate the field values in the HR case form from the field values which are given when filling the service portal employee information form.
i have checked all the backend values of fields of service portal and HR case form but it is not getting even though there is no issue with the backend values.
So,please can anyone suggest on this .
