how to automatically assign an incident to a group

Hi ,

i should automatically assign an incident to a group normally i Create a business rule on the incident table: when update and category level 1 is RT  Assignment group To IVS-N2T_RT and to To change the assignment group in the backoffice once the user select the category he will see automatically the group i create a client script on change the category level 1 field when the category is RT and the environment is prod the assignment group will be "IVS-N2T_RT". 

i want to know  if there is another solution to assign an incident to a group and  see which group is going to get a ticket in the backend without using client script and business rule

Go to filter navigator and search for assignment rules. Open an existing one to understand how it works and then you can create a new as per your requirement. The conditions can be mentioned in the condition builder.

thank you for your return I tried with assignment rule I specified the table after I put the conditions and I added the group to which sent the incident when I test once I choose the conditions the environment and category in the assignment group field the desired group is not displayed and also when I save the group does not change I don't know is it because there are client scripts and business rules on the environment field to send the incident to specific groups
