How to build report for Average time to close a case per week and average case age

Hi All,

 

I have the requirement for calculating average case age

1. Average time to close a HR case - weekly (average time to close a case within a week)

2. Average HR case age.

 

I believe it has to be done with Performance analytics. Can someone please suggest.

 

If its using PA, Kindly let me know what and how many indicators along with the script if any.
