How to calculate difference between two date type of fields in reporting?

Hello Teams,

I am working on one of the requests related to performance analytics,I'm new to PA and would like you to help me explain how to proceed. 

I have to show Minimum, Maximum and average, of difference between (actual start date and actual end date) as you see in different items, For each record producer created, we wanted to have the information represented in the form of a table: 

Column : (Extract for opened change relative after 1 year ago)

Minimum time between Assess and Reviewed date (actual start date and actual end date) ​

Average time between Assess and Reviewed date (actual start date and actual end date)​

Maximum time between Assess and Reviewed date (actual start date and actual end date)​

Average time between New and assess (represents the draft state of the change)​

Average time between assess and authorized (process issue)​

Average time between authorized and scheduled (CAB approval issue)

Thanks for your answer but the problem I have is how I'm going to calculate the time difference on the same field (state), I've created a metrics definition to have the time duration going from one state to another, but it doesn't answer the need too because if I have to use the script to calculate the time between two state on the change request like
