How to capture dynamically changing watermark from outbound notification in ATF

Hi,

 

I have a scenarios where i need to capture watermark from an outbound email notification after a case is updated by agent and use it in Reply email inbound action [ as customer response] to update the case. Is it possible in ATF? What should be the steps?
