How to change Catalog Item layout

How can we change the layout to this?

This is a non-complicated approach,

please add the name in the description part above the lines "with this..."

I wish I can do that. But the Short Description will come first which is not a multiline text field. And the Description comes after the Short Description. I want the name on top.

I was able to do this by modifying the UI Macros for Catalog Item and Order Guide.
