How to change default requested for on order guide

Hi Team,

I am using order guide and have variable in that New hire name( Reference field )

All the variables and related catalog items got filled then we will click on 'Checkout' button. 

Requested for is visible and 'Login user' is auto populated

 My Requirement :

Instead of 'Login User' the 'New Hire' should be auto populated in 'Requested for ' for a particular Order guide (as per below scenario)

 

Help me on the same

Hi @AnilM99 ,

How will the system know it's for "New Hire"? Are you creating this order guide manually or automated?

@AnilM99,

Just use the Requested for field instead of New User...that's who it is for anyway right...For that order guide you can remove the auto populate of the logged in user and rename it to New Hire too.
