Did you manage to change the mailto Bharat?

I don't know how to change the template mailto.approve to send to the address i want. It currently sends to instancename@service-now,com, i want it to send to support@mycompany.com

You can write on Before business rule on email table and verify.

is it not possible to change the mailto template to send to a different address? Is it hard coded to send to the instance address? Seems like a bizarre thing to do if so.
