Hi,
Here are the steps on how you can reset the admin account password on dev instance.
- Go to developer.servicenow.com
- go to manage tab
- click on instance
- Under action UI button, you will see an option called "Reset admin password".
Mark this response as "answered"if this answers your question.

1. If you are logged in your instance first go to your user profile in the header menu.
2. Once there you can select the link at bottom of the form "Change password".
