How To Change the Activity Stream (Formatter) Filter on the Field Service Contractor Portal?

Hi @Jonathan Zur If this is the case (equivalent ), then contract also login in to native view & not required portal login/interface.

Hi @Dr Atul G- LNG 

See the two screenshots below for the same record. the first one is on the contractor portal where you can see that only work notes are included and the second one is from the platform UI where you can see additional system notes.

I'm looking for how to add the system events to be presented on the contractor portal.

As per foundation

Work notes which you can see on Native has been build to share the information only with team internally not with customer / end users.

 

Additional comments, as meant to share information with end user and ie. reason those are available on portal OOTB. 

 

If you planning to bring both on portal is like violation of the foundation principle and also not recommended.

Thanks for the quick response.

I agree with the foundation principal you have mentioned but I'm not referring to the customer portal but to the contractor portal. a contractor user is (almost) equivalent to an internal user and it is critical to share the same information. any way to configure it? or do I need to ask ServiceNow to change it for the contractor portal?
