How to change the Agent Chat/VA icon on Service Portal

Hi All,

Could you please help me with modifying the Agent Chat/VA icon on the Portal.

I want to see as below mentioned.

find_real_file.pngNote: I have enabled the Agent Chat- 'Service Portal Agent Chat Configuration' under Service Portal module.

Hi, Thanks for your response. Yes, I have gone through the link but no use. In my case, I was able to change the image but height, width and shape is not getting adjusted. Could you please help me with the icon which I have mentioned above in the question. Regards, Naveen.

Go to the "Images" table and check the specs of existing virtual agent icon . Your new icon spec should be similar else it won't shwo the image properly.
