how to pull SLA breach report

Hi All,

I need to pull a report of all the incidents that were in my teams queue and breached their SLA this month. how can this be achieved

There is similar report(OOB) which you can modify based on your needs

Hi Mihir,

As part of my day to day work, I need to create an SLA breached incidents/nearing to breach SLA report for the team.  Please help me how we can create such a report in Service NOW. Do we need any extra role for creating the SLA breached report ?.

Hi Mihir,

Can you please help me out in pulling some of the reports as below.

  • Incident state wise time taken for each state
  • Made SLA = True and Has Breached = False  [ Graph ]
  • Actual SLA Achieved vs Breached considering incident state wise, instead start to end date time.

 

I am bit confused like what conditions should I apply while configuring the reports.
