How to change the date format in task card on dispatcher workspace

Hi,
Can anyone guide me how to change the date format on the task card in dispatcher workspace. Now it is in YYYY-MM-DD I wanted to modify this to MM-DD-YYYY

I believe it is defined in your user profile, and any changes made to the profile will impact everything. Making changes only for this section would require customization. It's better to edit the users instead.

Thanks for your response.
But I have already changed the date format in my user profile to MM-DD-YYYY, so if this record is opened it is working fine. But I have no clue how to customise this on task card.

I don't have this setup with me, but it looks like it's not that easy. Go to UI Builder, search for the WS, and then check where this card has been configured. Give it a try and share your feedback.
