How to change the Numeric Scale values in Service Catalog

Hi

We are using Numeric Scale variable and we get the output as 0 to 5 since we are the using the Scale Max of 5.

Now instead of displaying 0 1 2 3 4 5 we wan to display as Good, Bad, Average, Extremely Good, Worst

Can anyone please help me how to do this

you can use multiple choice type variable here and select "Choice direction" as "across"
