How to change the order of the list displayed in the "simple list" widget- esc portal

Hello.

 

I am using the ServiceNow standard "simple list" widget to display tickets for incidents I have opened.

In esc portal.

Where can I change to change the order of the fields in the list?

If that doesn't work then you will have to use your own custom list widget and specify the columns

Since you are referring to incident table, you can update the "Mobile" View

If you update the fields in this list view then it will reflect in portal list

Before:

After: I added active field

It started showing Active field

For some reason this doesn't work for me, I'm doing it according to the portal view.
The link you sent didn't answer my question either.

Where should I press?

it worked for me when I updated the mobile view and it reflected the new fields
