How to change the position of catalog items in popular requests in employee center portal?

Hello,

I wanted to bring a catalog item to first position in popular requests of employee center portal and move a catalog item to last position. Is it possible to change the order of catalog items in popular requests? Can anyone guide me through this?

you can edit a page using the Service Portal Designer.

The widget for popular items will just do that: show you which items are popular. If you want to show a default list instead of using the popular functionality, you can just replace the widget on the portal. If the one you want to promote is not the most popular one, it will not be on top. It's just not how the popular widget works (or how it's meant to work)
