I have a requirement to add a warning message to the Add attachment pop up in Service portal. Add attachment is available in the SC Catalog item widget and not able to find an option to edit the same. It would be good if we can edit it with out customizing the widget. Any recommendations on how to edit it? or any alternatives to show the warning when the user click Add attachment in portal?
