How to change the title of header in simple list widget in service portal?? i want to change that incidents to 'my open incidents' how can i achieve this

Hello,

You need to open the Instance in a Page Editor and change it. Do a Control + Shift and right click on the widget and click on Instance in Page Editor to modify it

ServiceNow's unintuitive method of doing things strikes again. Why this can't just be in the dialog box where you edit the widget options makes no sense. Thanks for this though, appreciate the info and got me to where I needed to go.
