I’m trying to customize the Virtual Agent icon in both the Now Mobile app and the Mobile Agent app.
So far, I haven't found a clear configuration option to replace or update the default VA icon that appears in the bottom-right corner of the mobile apps.
What I want to achieve:
- Replace the default Virtual Agent chat bubble icon with a custom icon
- Apply the change specifically for:
- Now Mobile app
- Mobile Agent app
- Ensure the new icon appears when users open the mobile application
What I have checked:
- Mobile App Branding (via System Mobile → Branding)
- Virtual Agent branding options
- Mobile Studio configuration
- Mobile Client App configurations
But I haven't seen a direct setting for changing the Virtual Agent icon itself.
Questions:
- Is there an OOTB way to customize the Virtual Agent icon in the Now Mobile or Mobile Agent apps?
- If not, can this be done through Mobile Studio, UI Styles, or a custom extension?
- Is the VA icon controlled by a specific component or plugin where we can override the asset?
- Does changing this require a custom client extension / custom UI framework override?
Any guidance, documentation, or steps would really help!
