How to change 'updated by Guest' to 'system'

Hi everyone,

When I update a record from Inbound action, I see 'updated by Guest' in activity stream. I would like to see 'system'.

How can I do that?

Hello Dennis,

I would suggest not to change this because when it shows updated by Guest than it means that it is updated by inbound email action by some users had failed login attempts or were locked out of the system or user who does not exist in ServiceNow or user replied to servicenow email using different email id (like personal email). But if we change this to show as System then anyone who will see this record will assume that this record is updated by System and then there may be question why it is being updated by system.
