how to check and stop background script?

I am not entirely sure but you can check user administration>active transaction > Remove the 'foreground' filter from the module and click 'All'.

I use this and it find it most useful as sometimes the service now kind of hangs up due to long queries...this works best

Hi ,
all the incidents are getting closed cancelled,because if a background script.
How to stop that,so that the incidents wont be cancelled
