You can refer below article which will assist you but as a best practice, you should always take support from your ServiceNow Account Representative to get concrete information.

Also, the easiest way I could think of to check if you have Predictive Intelligence Plugin enabled on your instance or not. PI comes OOB with ITSM Pro.

ways to check

1) Check plugins

  • Navigate to System Definition > Plugins.
  • Search for ITSM Pro-related plugins such as Predictive Intelligence, Virtual Agent, Performance Analytics Premium, etc.
  • If these plugins are active, ITSM Pro is likely installed.

2) Connect with your Company's ServiceNow's account representative

3) Check application menus

  • Look for ITSM Pro-specific application menus in the left-hand navigation pane. Menus like Predictive Intelligence, Virtual Agent Designer, and Performance Analytics are indicators of ITSM Pro.

Hi @VikasMishra ,

Subscription management module gives you the inputs, Use real-time data to allocate and track subscriptions to your products.

The PRO subscription gives you the right to activate the additional plugins; so with a base ITSM subscription you would need to activate the following to take advantage of PRO:

Continual Improvement Management
Dynamic Translation
Predictive Intelligence
Performance Analytics
Service Owner Workspace
Vendor Manager Workspace
