How to check if the decision table returns an answer

Hello,

I have a decision table. The input is company code, and based on the company code, there are different approver depending on the request type.

Now the problem is that not all fields are populated on the decision table. Therefore, sometimes the calling decision table returns no approver. In these cases, approval is skipped. 

I was wondering if it is possible to check immediately after calling the decision table if it returns an answer. 

I see from the flow context that there is an Output Data -> Answer, but I cannot access to that part from the flow designer!

Any idea how?
