how to check scoped custom application dependency and how to remove the application dependency

The requirement is to decommission the unused custom applications from the servicenow instance.

For that , 

1. Navigated to My company application  -->and moved to the application ex: test , 
2. Under related links selected the uninstall options 

When I click on Uninstall , it throws an Dependencies with other application

Ask:  How to find the dependency file details and also how to remove the dependency from the other application
