How to check which inbound action -created incidents or requests in ServiceNow.

How can we find out which inbound action in ServiceNow created an incident or request by looking at the incident number in email logs?

Hi @BODDU SHIVA GOP 

You can check the Email Log related list in the Email record. In that list you can check messages telling you if an Inbound Action has skipped or Used in creating any record

Hi @BODDU SHIVA GOP ,

 

Navigate to System Logs > email

Add the field 'target' to your list view

Filter by target = sys_id of the record you are interested to see the inbound action ( the incedent/request)

type = received

Open the record and verify the related list ' email log'
