How to check which script updated the worknotes

Hi, I have a work notes updated on a form and I am unable to find the exact script that updated it. I would like to know if there is any easy way to debug which script is responsible for updating it.

I tried to look for BR's, Script Includes, Scheduled Jobs to find script contains that sentence.

Hello

When you say worknote updated on a form is it a certain work ote which always gets addes ot is it just one scenario where it hapoened?

This worknots is not the one that gets updated all the time, It is just this one scenario.

Hi,

 

Few questions need to address here -

1. Does the same text updated to work notes?

2. Is this for a single table (incident) or to other as well (change/problem)?

3. At what condition the notes is update (after record submit / on changing of any field / any other ways).

 

Also share the screen shot of the work notes that are updating to the record.
