Hi Team,
As I am new to SAM module, not sure what is the best way to remove unlicensed softwares from license workbench.
My method which is not working :
To remove software from License Workbench we are setting the related "cmdb_sam_sw_install" record to active false and once reconciliation runs its removed from workbench, post that its discovered again in workbench after somedays and system has set active to true.
So please let me know if any one has encountered same issue and found a solution.
