How to clone a incident?

What is the use case to clone an incident? Generally cloning happens from prod to Dev and then all records get copied.

Hi @Siddiqbasha  You need to be more specific. we require more details from you to understand your question. As Atul suggested clone happens from prod to test and prod to dev. If you are talking about individual Incident you can copy incident using Form context Button, refer below screenshot

What is exactly you're expectation of cloning an incident? Not like every single field is being copied, that doesn't make sense. So please explain your question clearly so people can actually help you.
