SOW Change Request Form missing the Overview and Change Tasks tabs

In the Service Operations Workspace, I'm suddenly missing the Overview tab, Change Tasks tab, and right-side Contextual Menu. I haven't made any updates that should have affected the visibility of these items, so I'm not sure why they are not appearing.

For the Overview tab, I've already check the sys_ux_app)_route record for change-overview, and the record should be correct to display the tab.

Try to repair the SOW plugin once.
