How to configure a workflow for Send email 24 hours after incident is marked resolved?

Hello everyone,

 

I have a workflow confirmed with 2 timers, since a first notification must be sent 24 hours later and finally another 24 hours later (48 hours). This already works correctly, the problem is that when it is moved from resolved to In progress again, the flow takes the time of the first resolved.

The condition is that it is in resolved state, the timer starts and the issue is that if during this period (24 hours) it is put back into progress and then resolved, the timer passes and it validates again that it is in resolved and as it is still there, it generates the event and sends the notification, even if the new resolved is less than 24 hours old.

I don't know if there is a possibility of generating a timer that counts the time it takes to be in resolved state and if it is modified, it ends the workflow.
