Hi,
I'm new to the 'process' of CAB with Change Mngmt. however Despite having Conditions within our CAB definition to recognise any Change that is model type "Normal", it still won't bring agenda items in (on refresh within the CAB meeting) unless the Change form has the tick in the CAB required field?
I want to override whatever this is and use the CAB definition's Conditions only (i.e. ignore the CAB required tick box for Normal Changes).
Firstly does anyone know what would be driving this behaviour?
Secondly, how do I fix this as per above?
